Speak with an attorney about your estate plan, probate issues, and elder law for free.

An attorney from our office visits the Des Moines Senior Center on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. to meet with clients to discuss Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Probate issues.

Appointments are required.

This is a free service.

Eligibility

• Participant must be 65 years of age or older and reside in Washington State

• Estate size must be average, or less than $400,000 in assets, including real property
